How can I make my hair look like this?

Depending on how long you would like this look, for a more permanent type of thing you would need to get what is called a demi-perm it doesnt last forever but about 6 months to a year. For a more one night outish look either use straightening irons all get whats called a wave iron if you dont know how to use the straightners to do it, youtube it :)
