Thick wavy/frizzy hair?

hows your diet? eat more lean protiens and take an omega 3 with your daily multivitamin...on top of that, you should be using a deep conditioner at least once a week..and using your fingers to brush is actually causing more harm than good..when you brush the bristles will be able to move natural oils through your hair which will smooth out your hair. when you get out of the shower..put 'frizz eaze' in your hair instead of gels which is mostly alcohol and is very drying to hair
