My paycheck from a temp agency bounced. What should i do?

I called my boss and they told me to resubmit it so i did that and it bounced again. I tried to bring it to their bank and the people there wouldn't cash it. Now they said they are sending me a replacement check overnight but that was 3 days ago. This caused my bank account to be overdrawn and ive incurred a lot of fees. Its a well known firm. Should I go above my boss' head?
