Kinky curly hair..help please??????????????

okay so i'm african american my hair is shoulder legnth and i bought clear ice gel...i want to achieve the kinky curly look..how do i do this..also when my curls/waves dry will they be frizzy and weird looking because i DO NOT want to air dry and i dont have a diffuser..so also what can i do about that...thannsk:)
