Help with my cat (he had Struvite crystals)?

There are special diets to change their urine pH and get rid of the crystals. I'm not sure what you have access to over there, but all of the major companies make them. You usually have to buy them from the vet because they are very special, but if he is on a weight loss plan it shouldn't be too expensive. Hopefully keeping him on that diet will help to prevent that from happening again. If it does continue to happen you may want to ask your vet about a perineal urethrostomy or PU surgery, basically you make a new hole for the urine to exit through so that they do not block again. It is not cheap, but will save you a lot of headaches.
