When is the Filing Tax Return Penalty cutoff date?

June 14th. I'm assuming the IRS computers aren't quite smart enough to pick up on the extended deadline. So April 19-May 14, 1st month. May 15-June 14, 2nd month. It follows on June 15th, you'd be subject to the 3rd month penalty.
