If a property is looked after by 2 trustees, and the houses needs to be sold, who is liable for all the costs?

that are incurred moving ( solicitors, estate agents etc). In the original will, one party was responsible for all the upkeep of the property ( she occupies the property), and she now needs to move..do the fees come out of the proceeds or will she need to pay it independently? any subsequent property will also be held in trust.
