How do I take care of a baby Painted Turtle?

My Grandad and I went on our little boat in the lake the other day and spotted some baby Painted Turtles. He got two of them, both about a little bigger than a quarter. Him and my Grandmother said I could keep them, but Im not too sure how to take care of them. Thanks for any information given.
