Can I deduct these charges as a business expense?

I am self employed and have been incurring crazy cell phone charges due to one client. My contract with them doesn't allow for reimbursement of these charges. Can I highlight the charges that were for them (mostly very long conference calls that can be clearly separated out) and have it be a business expense for my self employment income? Thanks.
