Anyone used Clomicalm in cats? Advice?

Clomicalm was developed to treat stress in dogs - thunderstorms, separation anxiety, things like that . It's most often used in cats when treating an OCD type issue - pica, overgrooming - things like that. The drug of choice for situations like you have is usually Prozac. That's pretty successful, and can work in a week or two. The Clomicalm is to be given for 60 days - after which time it's determined if it worked or not. I've used Clomicalm for a foster cat with severe pica and it really did work, but it took all of the 60 days. I'd really think about using Prozac for both cats, rather than the Clomicalm.
