How do i get rid of the bubbles that are at the top of my tank?

I have a 1 gallon fish tank that I bought yesterday. After i set up the tank and put all the gravel into the tank i waited a day. The bubbles are still there and my fish isn't in the tank yet. i do have an air filter and an air diffuser stone. What do I do? Please help!!!
