Straight up liquid Ivory Soap. put it in the spot where the oil is and let it soak in. Massage the soap in with your fingers. Work it into the pores of the jacket from both sides and let it sit for a while. The soap will break down the oil without damaging the garment. It may leave a stain (the oil...not the soap.) Rinse thouroghly using warm or semi-hot water, unless the directions for regular washing say Cold Only....then rinse with cold. Wash the whole jacket with Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In or something similar. Good Luck.
