How can I make my room smell nice without candles?

I really enjoy the Yankee candle scent "Sun and Sand" and I've had the candles and the diffuser in my room before, but my mom has really bad allergies and can't handle strong synthetic scents. Is there any way I can create a similar beach/coconut smell without it being too harsh?
